No wardrobe is complete without a classic pencil skirt. This length and shape of skirt with its slim silhouette, is a flawless day-to-night piece. Wear it to work with point-toe flats and out at night with seductive heels. This pencil skirt is crafted from a non stretch crepe material to a sleek pencil shape that sits high on the waist and ends at the knees. I am wearing it with my CHARLES & KEITH pumps which are defined by their flattering pointed toe and vertiginous pin-thin heel. This pair is made out of high-shine black and patent-leather. Atop I wear a black one shoulder silk layered top from Zara. To compliment the bright color of the pencil skirt I wore the matching tassel earnings. A quick shoe change is all it takes to transition from work to play. Some high heels from 9 to 5, and glittering sandals into the night. Above all I like to mix the pencil skirt also with a lycra top or Shirt and a kimino’s or a light jacket for an extra layer .It could be also nice together with some sneakers. My NEW LOOK CLUTCH/ SLING BAG in black with flower detailing, which matches perfectly together with my high heels in the same color. At the end it’s all about the tiny little details. What is your view? Does everybody really needs a pencil skirt in their wardrobe? Or is your closet also complete without one??
